We got a "chicken tractor" and 4 laying hens last month. We've been enjoying fresh eggs and having a fun time playing with the chickens. They are really used to us now and we let them out to roam the yard when we are out playing. So far Dave hasn't gotten close enough to them and it drives him crazy that we put him in the house when we let the chickens out. Here's a few pics:
