He's Hesitating...

We are driving down the road the other day and I'm listening to my boys' endless conversation. (What they find to talk about all day is beyond my understanding, but they never cease to have something to discuss.) This particular day Clark had a small rubber skeleton toy with bendable arms and legs. He had his skeleton in a cross-legged pose with his hands folded in front of him chanting "ah-ummmm.... ah-ummmmm". Grant took that opportunity to knock Mr. Skeleton over and Clark says, "Hey man, quit! He's hesitating!" To which Grant replied, "You mean- meditating?"

In the classroom Grant takes the opportunity to put Clark in a headlock while he's trying to do some school work. All I hear from the other room is, "GRANT! Quit struggling me!" ... Grant's response, "I'm SMOTHERING you- not struggling you d-bag." Ahhh... the kind words of an older brother.
