Tarpon, tarpon EVERYWHERE!

There are tarpon all over the place in Cayman. Did you know that a tarpon can grow to be over 8 feet long? They are really quite ugly fish- and they aren't good to eat- and there aren't many sharks near Grand Cayman to prey upon them- so they are quite abundant. One of our favorite restaurants is right on the beach and the tarpon come up near the water's edge. The boys feed them our dinner rolls (hey- we don't need the carbs anyway!) We've been going to this restraunt for years and this is the first time I've noticed (or maybe it was new this year?) a sign for photo ops. Clark took these pictures...
