If we take care of the moments, the years will take care of themselves.

We took the boat out for our first trip of the summer this weekend. With all the rain we've had this spring, Arbuckle Lake was up several feet. The boys tubed, went swimming and were the "watchers" while I water skiied. Bobby only had to captain that day!
Believing that it is our God-given responsibility to prepare our children for a fruitful, successful life, we have chosen to homeschool them for these reasons:
To help them develop a life-long love of learning.
To give them a broad and varied education.
To offer them an individual-based education knowing that readiness and learning styles develop individually in children.
To assist them in fully developing their individual gifts and talents.
To enable them to have broad social exposure with people of varying ages.
To lay a foundation of a Biblical worldview to support everything they learn.
To prepare them for noble lives of service, being problem solvers in their homes and communities.
My all-time favorite picture of my baby...
"What you teach your children is what you really believe in. "
